Article 1. Refunds for failed online ticket transactions

• Fares are displayed when a search is made and may vary by route, vehicle type, departure time, seat position and applicable promotion.
• If an online transaction fails and no booking code is issued but the account is charged, FUTA Bus Lines will verify the transaction and coordinate a refund to the original payment method.
• The final refunded amount and posting time depend on reconciliation, the issuing bank or payment intermediary. Customers should retain transaction evidence when requesting assistance.
