(*) Please arrive at the departure station at least 30 minutes before departure and bring the successful payment notice containing the ticket code sent by FUTA Bus Lines. Call 1900 6067 for support.

(*) For transfer service, call 1900 6918 before booking. We cannot provide pick-up or transfer service at locations that our transfer vehicles cannot reach.

(*) If you intend to travel a shorter segment than the booked journey, call 1900 6067 for the best fare policy.

Customer Rights and Obligations

  • Customers may review essential booking information, including the carrier, route, seat number, payment method and payment deadline.
  • Personal information on FUTABUS.VN is protected under the FUTABUS.VN customer information policy.
  • Customer information is collected and used only with consent, except where otherwise required by law.
  • Complaints may be submitted directly to FUTABUS.VN customer support and will be promptly forwarded to the relevant carrier for resolution.
  • Customers must regularly review and comply with the policies and regulations published on FUTABUS.VN.
  • Customers must not access or attempt to access services through means other than the interface provided by FUTABUS.VN.
  • Customers must not disrupt, interfere with or damage the services.
  • Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and present the successful payment notice containing the ticket code.
  • Passenger information must be accurate; otherwise boarding, cancellation or ticket changes may be refused.
  • Fraud, unauthorized access or system damage may be referred to the competent authorities for legal action.
  • For transfer service, call 1900 6918 before booking. Inaccessible locations cannot be served.
  • University examination candidates must carry IDENTIFICATION AND AN EXAMINATION NOTICE . Fraudulent use of candidate fares is not eligible for ticket provision or refund.
